I think colour is THE most important element of design to me - I respond to it immediately, and definitely have my favourites!

An exercise I always do with students is to really carefully analyse an image and determine the entire colour range included.  I love it, every time!  These pieces are all inspired by that exercise - taking an image apart and making something out of the colours.  Lots of techniques included... it's all about the colour!
