Attention All Shipping

Inspired by my love of maps, the British coastline and the Shipping Forecast - these little panels are machine stitched simplified images of place. The first one was made for a big birthday gift for a special friend who shares a love of a particular chunk of the west coast of Scotland.  Once I started, I couldn't stop... Labels on the back include nerdy details about shipping areas and Ordnance Survey map references.  Every one is unique.  Here are some of my favourites - if you have a particular place on the coast, or a favourite shipping area you'd like me to render in stitch - please contact me to commission.
